So what is Korfball?
Click here for a video that explains all!
Note – the younger players play with lower Korfs and a smaller ball.
Is the club for adults or children?
We cater for both! We provide senior and junior training and competitions for all.
Senior training is led by Dave Butters who has a wealth of experience coaching at a national level as well as success whilst playing both domestically and internationally.
For the Juniors training is led by our Head Coach aided by a number of senior players. All coaches are DBS cleared. We aim to make our coaching sessions as much fun as we can as well as helping your child grasp the skills required to play korfball.
Our youngsters will have the opportunity to trial for county and national teams and we currently have more than 20 who’ve represented London and a number who have gone on to represent England.
Do you play in competitions?
Yes – both adults and children play in regular competitions and the main competitions are indoors. We also play in a number of one-off events such as England Korfball’s National Youth Day and in a number of outdoor summer tournaments.
Seniors
Seniors play their games in leagues run by the London Korfball Association.
Juniors
Juniors play their games in age related leagues run by the Kent Korfball Association.

Anything Else?
Jack Petchey
We try to bring added value as a club and are signed up members of the Jack Petchey Awards scheme.
Duke Of Edinburgh
We also help out our young players who are going through their Duke of Edinburgh (DoE) awards and offer volunteering opportunities at the club. Alternatively, they can use Korfball as their DoE skill.
